I ate small meals throughout the day & I never became "hungry" or felt like I was being deprived... I've noticed the more water I drink the less hungry I am... I have taken the tips from the Detox packet about drinking a glass of water when you get hungry & it really does help! So, if you are in between meals & you think you are hungry your body just might be tell you that you need more water! Try it :) You will be amazed how much easier it is to get your water intake for the day & not eat half as much "junk"...
