Day 11

Today was the first day I began truly running like I use to & it really felt good to push my body again! I decided I would check out the workout facility in the clubhouse this time instead of running in this Texas heat! So I loaded up Jace in his carseat & carried him down with me to the clubhouse. I sat him right in front of me so I could watch him & began to run. I ran 3 miles under 30 minutes and it felt good. I am going to start training for a 15k (9 miles) & excited to see my progression begin! I am going to keep doing my 3 miles until Monday then I will begin my schedule for the run. I am motivated & ready to get back into running!

On another note.... This evening while Jace & I are here alone I began to think about these past 4 years with Jeremy & just how far we have come. I started looking through all my old pictures & couldn't help but still get butterflies everytime I think about him calling me or kissing me on the forehead. Its so amazing how when its true love those butterflies never go away... I still light up when I see his number calling my phone or when he comes home from a road trip! Now, its just even better because we get to share parenthood together as well! I know this is way off subject & might even sound cheesy but I just want everyone to know how blessed I feel & wouldn't change anything about our life. God truly provides. Thank you Jeremy for being my best friend & loving me no matter what. You are a great daddy! :) I love you!
