Preparing for Detox!

Today I am preparing to leave for Texas for the month of June & preparing to start my Detox on Monday! I am a little nervous as to how I will feel starting my detox in the middle of all my traveling. I am praying for consistency & determination even when it is not convenient! Do you ever feel like you have TOO MUCH stuff to get done in one day? That is how I feel about packing & preparing for this month! I am going to begin my detox Monday but will need to go grocery shopping at Whole Foods when we get to San Antonio! I want to share with you my goals before I even begin with the detox these next 28 days. I have come to realize that goals need to be specific and in great detail in order for you to follow through with them so I am going to make everything real specific and honest with you.

My Goals:

1. To not give myself ANY chances to cheat the detox plan for the full 28 days.
2. Workout 45 min/6 days a week & quiet time with God before each workout.
3. Lose my last 10 pounds.
4. Conquer 50 straight solid pushups by my 22nd birthday (July 3rd).
5. Do one selfless thing each day.
6. Memorize a new verse each week w/Jeremy.
7. NO DIET COKES!!!!!!
