Breakfast: Shake & Detox Tea w/my fiber booster & Going Going Gone Supplement
Lunch: Going Going Gone Supplement.. Chilis Salad (dry) with fruit & sliced grilled chicken on top. I didnt even eat half of it though... I think the pills 30 min before really helps your appetite!
Snack: 2 Phytobursts...These are a Mannatech supplement that are chews with lots of vegetables & fruits in them.. 45 calories for 2 pieces.. not bad! :)
Dinner- Grilled Chicken (dry) with mixed veggies & some strawberries.
Not bad for the first day... I didnt have a spark or use my Arbonne fiz tabs today although I probably should have for the caffeine fix! I will remember tomorrow!! :)
On another note.. I heard a quote today on KLOVE that really hit hard to me... "Life is not a spectator sport. We are here to serve." This is so true because how many times do we watch other people do the dirty work or maybe watch other people do what God has laid on our own hearts to do..If God is telling you to do something DO IT! It doesn't matter what other people think or how it will all work out because God will take care of all the details. How has God been speaking to you lately? Are you even listening for his voice? Where can you serve this week? Those questions are on my own heart this week... I thought I would share it with you :)
