This is a great article on eating fiber. The author did an experiment eating more fiber each day & in return lost weight. What most people don't realize is that fiber isn't just to help you digest things quicker but it also gives you extra energy, lowers cholesterol, & stabilizes glucose levels...it's a great source for weight loss! I am not a nutritionist or anything but from what I have learned with Arbonne & using it myself I know fiber is VERY important to your daily intake!
